Meet Wendell Burris

I'm not just a property manager. I'm an investor too, so I make the same decisions you do with my own money. I've been on both sides of this business: the owner writing the checks and the manager taking the 2am call.

I came up through real estate sales, wholesaling, and investing before landing at Minnix Property Management, where I'm now Team Leader. Today I help oversee residential rentals across eight West Texas markets while running my own rentals and flips.

I use that experience to teach property owners what actually works, so your rental builds wealth instead of taking your time.
